This app NEVER works. Constantly says service is temporarily unavailable, at least one time a day and some days all day long. Its so frustrating.

I really am baffled at the reviews for this app Ive only had pnc for a few months and Ive loved this app from the beginning its visually appealing its efficiency is great never had it force close once Ive just gotten this iPhone and having the app under Apple is way better you can even write checks in to have deducted from available funds before it clears to ensure no overdrafts some ppl will never be happy stop crying over spilled milk

The VirtualWallet is a good app to view your account balances even to pay out your bills, unfortunately when it comes to mobile deposit from the same branch to deposit to another persons account I recommend that you never use the pop money feature it takes forever, 4 to 5 business days to deposit the money that is available in the other persons account. Right now for me its been a week since my fiancé deposited money to my bank account and has not gone through but it was charged already on his account. Also the person that I had of customer service from the PNC branch when I called in reference to what was going on with the app, she was terrible when explaining to her the situation she spoke to Me as if I was stupid.

So frustrating. This app never gets fixed. It never logs in on first attempt, whether you type in your password or use Touch ID. It never fails that I get the message, failure to load. Most of the time with applications, there is an update that fixes this. Yet to happen with PNC

So here is the truth about it..yes it is attractive and just by the name of it "virtual wallet"sounds like it has everything you would need and then some. But after you log on and get past the visually appealing aspect of the application you do start to realize that it does not function as well as it looks. This app is nowhere along the lines of other competitors it will take a lot more work and effort by developers and creators of this app for it to be on par with all the other banks out on the market. So dont be fooled by the couple of reviews the "Five star" because I do know for sure at least "Jet"is the regional manager for PNC which would make him a little bit bias seeing as you contribute to his 401(k) so take my advice and dont download the app it is a complete waste of space you better off going into the bank or logging in from a regular PC

Nonstop problems with mobile deposit. And they charge a fee if you use the branch. Grr.

Really cool! Auto check capture works like a charm. Sweet.

This app works well but unfortunately still no Touch ID support even though pretty much every other major financial institution has implemented it.

Tells me exactly what I need to know. I love PNC

I really like the app, more so if it worked more reliable. It is always missing a key component so I would love to see a fix.

The change to check deposit attempts to make it faster but broke digital deposits completely. It always says the photos are blurry even when they arent. Doesnt matter if it auto takes them or not. Now I have to go to the bank

PLEASE READ!! Pnc you are a huge banking company and you make a lot of money. However you guys still cant make a half decent app!!!! The mobile deposit is crap and never works. Ive used the chase app and it works flawlessly. Please hire some real coders to make a real app. Because right now its an absolute joke.

First, this isnt the apps fault, but their whole online banking has terrible security. They force you to use pretty basic passwords, and dont support complex ones. Also annoying is that PNC has two apps, but its unclear why. Should I use this one or the other one? Also, why cant I see a copy of my digital deposited checks after they post?

Used to work great. Once the app was updated to make it better, the check amount is never recognized and now I have to go to the bank.

Cant even deposit checks anymore. Tried over 20 times on various days with different lighting, etc. The pictures seemed clear to me but the app called every single one "blurry"

The app does what it does, most of the time. I only use it to deposit some checks that I rarely get. What it cant do is what PNCs management apparently complains about other companies, namely Mint for provides an easy to use aggregated budget but sells the users info to advertisers. Well, do something about it then?

The best feature is when I want to check my balance that feature is currently unavailable. I dont even use it that often and 85% of the time it wont allow me to login. I normally use the mobile browser if I need to do it away from home now.
