PNC Virtual Wallet App Reviews

I have never successfully deposited any check with this app. Seriously. I always end up using another accounts app (obviously from another bank). Geez.

May be the worst app on the market. Nothing works. Not to mention it took me 30 minutes to deposit a check. Dont know how it makes it to the market.

Fails to login half the time. Still havent fixed password bug that cant distinguish upper and lowercase letters.

I dont have a long time using the app but I love it so far. But I would add an update so I can view things like quick view on my apple watch. It would be nice to do that without taking your phone out

Cant look at anything credit card related. Doesnt show statement balance. Doesnt show rewards. Doesnt show anything. Its only focus on the app is checking and savings. Otherwise transfers dont even have the feature to transfer money to an external bank account.

Virtual Wallet wont let me log in after this latest update.

The app asks me for my security answers but then crashes so I cant even access my account to manage it

Wish the app was more reliable. Sometimes it wont let you log on. Sometimes you cant view credit card info. Annoying.

The virtual wallet app is great its really user friendly. Once I connected my credit card to my checking on online banking I saw everything so I was able to do transfer and see what rewards I had and also get more cash back with purchase payback

This update has made it nearly impossible to use the app. It is highly unstable and crashes with the simplest task. Used to be great, but now I live far from a physical location and rely on online banking. May have to just close account.

The app overall is pretty bad. You can only pay bills out of the spend account, which defeats the purpose of the reserve account. You cant see any credit card information or rewards and the bar is just straight worthless. Stick to the other PNC app.

Wasted hours trying to log in with my correct information, then trying to remedy getting locked out of ALL mobile and telephone banking. Deleted the app and will never touch again. Singularly horrible experience.

The app that was garbage before the update just became unusable because it crashes every time you try to log in.

Whenever it works its a good app. Again, whenever it is working. Good luck with that! Very aggravated. Might as well take it down and leave it down until you get all the bugs worked out.

Update 9/12/16 it worked great for a while again. Now this same issue with the Touch ID is causing the app to say a key piece is missing and I have to delete the app and reinstall every time. Very annoying. Please fix the stability of your app!! I did the latest iOS update over the weekend and now virtual wallet keeps crashing saying that a vital component is missing. Please fix the app ASAP so I can go about using it again. Before this issue I LOVED the virtual wallet app!

This app usually works well for me. Not a one-stop-shop for all PNC banking needs but it gets the job done for me in terms of my checking account. However, there is now a bug in the app that makes each transaction dated from a different month. All of them are dated in months that have not even happened yet. Please fix! Would like to know actual dates of stuff

Pick a glitch, any glitch. This app is consistently glitchy and closes itself often. Ive tried reinstalling, etc. but it simply cannot seem to work correctly. It also limits you so you cannot edit your bill pay. I use it for depositing checks and that works 80% of the time without glitching, so thats neat.

This is a wonderful mobile banking app. Its easy to use and very useful. And very user friendly. Thanks PNC for this great service.

It would never even let me log on before crashing. Super annoying.

This app is great for the virtual wallet for our family! One more feature would be excellent, it would be great if you could see the budget and spending from the app like you can from a computer. It would be so helpful to my wife and I if we could track our monthly progress as well as being able to change the budget category of each purchase as the transactions clear.
