The mobile deposit part of this app never works. It always says the picture isnt clear enough to deposit.

60% of the time... It works every time. Constant token missing errors requiring you to restart the application. Happens at least once a day.

Now if they will just make a watch app where you can view balances and stuff

This app crashes during log-in most attempts, especially if I try to use the fingerprint unlock. Often gives me an error message saying I dont have an account or to call my bank, though neither of those are actually true. If you want a way to check your balance on the go, this is great. Otherwise, Ill stick to online banking.

I love the concept of the virtual wallet, and have had success on my laptop using the webpage. The app, however, is very limited and I constantly receive an error when trying to use the "Pay Bill" or "Transfer Funds" pages. Its a huge pain and then I have to sign back in several times before it will allow me to complete the task. Major bug that needs fixing in my opinion.

It used to be a nice app to quickly make transfers or check balances and activities. But I couldnt find anywhere to access the Credit Card page in order to pay my bill. And recently, over the last couple of months, I would try to sign in and it would continually tell me they were experiencing issues and could not let me use the app. I deleted it and re-downloaded it and the issue persists.

Can never login without it crashing. Pointless to use the app at this point.

The app is a great app, if I were able to log in 90% of the time. I keeps directing me to the "call PNC to set up an account" page after I have put my password in! Ugh! I JUST tried to log in 6 times today even changed my password AGAIN hoping it would help, and still didnt get in so I had to finally do a review. I really would like to give it 5 stars because it has a great format once in. Very simple to use, especially for new online banking customers, but what is the point when you can never log in. Having to use my browser to log in defeats the purpose of an app! Its so frustrating when I need it, since I check my account at least 3-4times a week for bills and what not. I have the app downloaded on my 6s iPhone, my work LG phone, and my 5generation IPod touch and I have the same problem on all three devises!! I see from other reviews that other ppl are having the same issue! Hopefully someone sees and finally fix the issue! Please!

Im using it on an iPhone 6S and it works perfectly every time. I use it to check my balance in my account and it hasnt crashed on me once. Its clean, works quickly, and better than a lot of other mobile banking apps.

First, this isnt the apps fault, but their whole online banking has terrible security. They force you to use pretty basic passwords, and dont support complex ones. MOBILE DEPOSIT NO LONGER WORKS Also annoying is that PNC has two apps, but its unclear why. Should I use this one or the other one? Also, why cant I see a copy of my digital deposited checks after they post?

Signing on fails All. The. Time. This never happens with my other banking apps. I have more accounts than just the virtual wallet. It would be nice to be able to access all of them from one app.

Great app. I rarely go to the bank. Can deposit checks from my phone.

Most of the time, the app says its not available. When I can log in - sometimes I try to load my account and it crashes. When I can actually get into the app and my account, sometimes the deposit check feature doesnt work, which is really frustrating. You also cant change your wish lists which is also frustrating. This app needs a major overhaul.

Continually get "key component missing" when logging in with fingerprint. Balances dont match the website. Crashes. None of the versions of virtual wallet were great but these last two versions are the worst so far. They should fire their developers and start over

App isnt too bad. Wish the Touch ID would actually work. Worked maybe twice but thats it… dont offer the option if its not going to work, please. (Yes, Ive checked all of the setting on my end & they are correct)

Every time I try to use the app, with one or two exceptions, I get a message when I try to log in that says "Service is currently unavailable, please try again later." What good is the app when I cant ever log in?

Its crashing after I type my password in or use my fingerprint.
